Danse De Liberte is freedom from self-inhibitions, negativities and all that keep us bound in a life of inadequacy, dissatisfaction and frustration. Life is not fulfilled if we cannot reach our full potential, if we cannot find our passion, if we cannot find self. That we just follow someone else’s idea of what our life is supposed to be, that we live solely by what images are portrayed on the television, the radio, by friends, family, enemies and by some religious tenet. Life is lived when we can be who we are truly designed to be; when we find that place, that truth that makes our name who we really are. Dance is freeing it’s about letting go, flow, beauty, music. The artwork is a portrayal of birth, metamorphosis and release.
